When shopping at fragrancegarage.ca, your financial information is not stored on our database. We use Internet Secure , protected by Versign as our transaction provider which guarantees you a safe and secure shopping experience. We only maintain your e-mail address for the purpose of contacting you and providing our e-mail newletter. You may opt out of this at anytime by unsubscribing to the newsletter. Shipping
Shipping within Canada  is 8.95. Please make sure that your shipping address is showing as confirmed on your Paypal account. All unconfirmed addresses will be verified by email prior to shipping.
We use  Canada Post for all shipments. Please allow 10 business days for your order to be received. Please note that delivery time varies according to destination.  Parcels returned and that have to be re-shipped are subject to delivery charges including the return charge to us.
An email noticed will be sent to you from FG Shipping once your order is shipped. A Canada Post tracking number will be supplied at this time.
 

Shipping and Billing addresses are different
Fragrance Garage allows you to ship to an address other than your billing address. Howevere, we do require that you provide us with the billing address that matches your credit card or debit card institution’s records. Please note that orders may be placed on hold or cancelled if we are unable to confirm the billing address or detect any kind of fraudulent use.

Shipping to PO Box or Apt number
All orders that are being shipped to a PO box or to a resident that is in an apartment complex will be held at the post office and you will receive a card in your mailbox informing you your parcel is awaiting your pick up. We reserve the right to have the parcel picked up by the addressee only and that identification may be required upon release.

Returns
We want you to shop with confidence at Fragrance Garage and to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase, please notify us immediately by e-mail. All items must be returned to us
within 30 days from the date of original purchase for a full refund (less shipping charge). Please note that all items must be unused and in its original product packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice along with your shipment. Customer’s responsibility to pay return shipping charge.

What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?

The difference is simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The highest concentration is in Pure Perfume, followed by Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne.  Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne are generally interchangeable, especially in men's fragrances
