In 1997, Hanae Mori introduced HM, to exemplify masculinity and strength. HM has 50 essences harmoniously blended together. To distinguish its packaging, 'Hanae Mori' is engraved in platinum on each bottle. The cap's design is inspired by the Tsuka, the piece found at the extremity of antique samurai swords. Both the bottle and box are engraved with the designer's family crest.

Fragrance notes: The top notes reveal sparkling and luminous citrus and lavender with a hint of nutmeg. The heart is floral and pure with jasmine, iris, grassy notes of lily of the valley and intoxicating Bulgarian rose. The base is composed of moss, cedar, Tonka, powdery vanilla, gourmand touch of chocolate, and amber.
